The main house at 605 College Avenue (4BR/2BA) is now available for rent at a rate of $1250 per month, with a 12 month lease required.
The guest house at 608 Wharf Street (2BR/1BA) is available for rent at a rate of $575 per month, 12 month lease required.
A security deposit equal to the first month’s rent is due at the time of signing of the lease. The deposit on 605 College may be divided over two months.
Dogs and cats are acceptable, upon consideration of the pet. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit as well as an additional monthly fee for the pet.
